I suppose an upside to the gloom and rain here in Southern California, is people would rather stay in, although downside is drivers become "not so smart" on the road. I spent some time in Hollywood a week or two ago. On the way home we had the idea of going to Griffith Observatory. To our surprise it was perfect timing as it was mid-week, and mid-day. It was gloomy, cold, and empty which equaled perfection on our end!

Right when heading back to the car, that's when the rain started to pour. That's one of my favorite things to do on my days off, roam around freely in an empty environment. I swear I could do that in Disneyland on all of my days off. I hope everyone is staying dry and warm! Have a great weekend.
