happy owleen!

October 31, 2014

We couldn't ask for a better day to put on our costumes, roam around, and truly enjoy the autumn chill, gloom, and rain for this weekend! For my costume, I simply spent $5.99 on a sailor hat, added on a stripe shirt along with a thick rope as a belt- I was a sailor sailing away! I made simple Halloween cards this year. Keeping with the tradition, of course I had to do an owl for Owleen!

Materials On Hand:
Black, White, & Polkadot cardstock from Michaels
Owl Rubber stamp from Michaels.
Black polkadot washi tape from Target
Curry Polka Dot wrapping paper from Paper Source

I made some to send out to all my family and close friends who live up north, and on the east coast. I hope you all received them, and hope it made your Halloween weekend a bit more festive! Other Owleen cards I added a bit of candy and passed along to my friends and family who live close by! It's officially the season to start Holiday Crafting!!! Cheers!
