We spent the entire weekend in Joshua Tree. I've never been before so I was pretty excited and looking forward to taking the chance to be some-what with nature (lol!). I'm so used to Palm Springs with it's resorts and old glamour glitz coming to Joshua Tree was in it's true old fashion desert. In order to get to the house, we drove almost a mile through dirt roads, not to mention that it was difficult to find out where to go since phone/GPS reception was out. It definitely has a small town feel to it, and I adored all it's vintage stores, and great food!
There's only a few main streets with shops, food, and local markets. Every restaurant we ate for breakfast, and lunch were all delicious! We are already making plans on when to come back early next year and venture more. It's always fun to explore new cities, especially when it's just 2 hours away.
I hope everyone had a great weekend. Xo
