weekend endings: sun at the saguaro

First post of 2016 // Happy New Years Darling.

I spent New Years eve and the entire weekend in one of my favorite cities, Palm Springs.  I managed to book a room at the Saguaro for New Years and it was quite the relaxing weekend.  M and I spent the weekend underneath the Winter Sun, walked through downtown, and shopped for home decor since we just got a new sofa the day we were leaving!  We ended up finding a rug, a few coffee table top goodies, along with unique prints from a vintage record store.  Here are a few stills of the lovely shades of blue skies while lounging around the hotel.

The weather was perfect.  It was cool during the day but warm when out in the sun.  One thing we didn't do was ride bikes.  Our plan is to come back here during Valentines Day (aka Modernism Week)  which was M's recommendation i'm too excited for that! I can't believe it's 2016.  This week will be quite busy as I'm catching up with work and next week i'll be heading to the East Coast and Texas. Wish me luck!
