his&her birthday gifts.

May 26, 2016

I can finally say that the birthday celebrating has officially ended.  I'm now crafting up for a birthday/graduation party this weekend for D.  Our actual birthday was April 28th and that weekend I took M to vegas.  M mentioned to me last summer, that he wanted to go to Las Vegas for his birthday and have a relaxing weekend- which is what we exactly did.  Everyone asked what we did in on our relaxing weekend but I made sure to mention what we didn't do.. we didn't gamble nor' go to any night/day clubs that weekend.  So what did we do you asked?

{M got me the "small Rachelle" for our anni, & for my birthday gift he bought me me "mini Rachelle"

{we both got his and her watches, M gifted me this Marc Jacobs watch}

{the strip view daily while sipping on bubbly}

We stayed at Cosmopolitan for the weekend.  I had booked us the Terrace Suite as I wanted M to have a sunset to enjoy every night.  Unfortunately that Saturday afternoon was pouring so we headed to Lush at Miracle Mile and splurged on Bath Melts and Bath Bombs to use in our Suite.  It was relaxing and well worth it!

my gifts for him:
Since we didn't go to any clubs or did any gambling.  I got us tickets to see the Beatles Love show which was incredibly amazing!  The following day I requested us to have our own pod at The High Roller during sunset.  Also during our shopping I bought him a few outfits and new sunglasses to wear this summer.

his gifts for me:
A few days before my birthday M surprised me with a big box which had this cannon pro camera i've been longing for.  With the camera, came with different lenses, tripods, cleaning material, case, etc it was the ultimate starter kit!  When doing a little shopping in Vegas he gave me a watch and a handbag all shown above. Lastly, he joined me for afternoon tea and treated me with a view fit for a queen.  Which i'll be sharing this week!

It's fortunate to share the same birthday with my love, and I'm seriously excited to see what's in store for the years ahead!
