Happy New Year and Happy Lunar New Year! (this post is so overdue!)
Getting adjusted into 2020 was much needed on my end. There has been a lot of hustling and changes for me, and I am a firm believer in consistency ;). This past weekend I spent mostly with close friends, family and mikes fam. I went to 3 different CNY parties, and even checked out the Lunar New Year Decor over at DCA yesterday. Now that everything is at a good pace for 2020 it's time to get to posting here!
I love putting together and writing snail mail (which you should know by now). Working on snail mail is like putting together a little gift for your pen pal. Here is one that I put together and sent off last year. The way snail mail is done now a days incorporates so much more than just a written letter, see what I put together below-
The patterned blue and orange stationery was a purchase I made from Anthropologie years ago, it's just blank cards with a matching envelope. Once I knew what my stationery was everything else just flowed together. As always, this is everything that I already had on hand so no extra spending with the exception of paying a little more in postage since my pen pal is in Canada :) . I also crafted up a simple navy polka dotted greeting card and hand written a thank you note in there. I did add some gifts in there that i'll be sharing for Wednesday Wrapping!
Hope you all are having a great 2020 so far XOXO
