last year's birthday cake

Each year, my talented cousin creates the cake most fitting for my birthday tea.  Last year's birthday cake was very plain but the icing detail was perfection.  It was a lemon filled cake with light vanilla frosting.  Between a small group of us the cake vanished ;).  This year i'm planning to do the cake with a coffee flavor, very tiramisu inspired. I'm planning to also pair it with little peanut butter drops that are filled with salted caramel as goodies to take home.

Can't wait to be filled with sweets and celebrate.
